CoExpressWholesale

Wholesale distribution

Sell your inventory to CoExpress.

We are a wholesale buyer. Brands, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers sell products to CoExpress on standard wholesale terms, and we distribute them across the marketplaces we operate.

There is no management fee, no revenue share, and no consignment. You gain a wholesale customer that buys, carries the inventory risk, and does the marketplace work.

The process

Six steps from introduction to reorder.

Nothing unusual — the point is that each step is a normal commercial one, with a decision at the end of it.

01

Introduce your catalog

Send your line sheet, wholesale price list, and the categories you operate in. If there is a fit, we will say so quickly — and if there is not, we will tell you that too.

02

We review the opportunity

We look at the products, current marketplace conditions, existing seller activity, and where the catalog fits across our channels.

03

Terms and sourcing

We agree on wholesale pricing, minimums, lead times, and any channel or pricing conditions you want applied to your products.

04

We purchase inventory

CoExpress buys the inventory outright. You invoice a wholesale customer and get paid on standard terms — no consignment, no revenue share.

05

Distribution across channels

Your products are listed, priced, stocked, and sold across the marketplaces that suit the category, with the customer-facing work handled on our side.

06

Reorder and scale

Sell-through drives the next purchase order. Ranges that perform get deeper buys and broader channel coverage.

What we buy

The kinds of inventory that fit.

01

Ongoing wholesale lines

Repeat purchase orders against a live catalog, with reorder cadence set by how the products sell through.

02

Overstock and closeouts

One-off lots you need cleared. Send the list with quantities, expiry dates where relevant, and your asking price.

03

New brand introductions

Products with little or no marketplace presence yet, where the channel still has to be built from the listing up.

04

Categories we know

General consumer goods, with concentration in health, personal care, and everyday household products.

Who sells to us

Four kinds of supplier.

01

Brands

You make the product and want it sold properly on marketplaces without building the operation yourself. We buy it and run the channel.

02

Manufacturers

You produce at volume and need consistent, repeat purchase orders from a domestic buyer rather than a long tail of small accounts.

03

Distributors

You hold inventory and want another reliable outlet for it. We buy in case and pallet quantities on standard wholesale terms.

04

Suppliers

You have overstock, closeouts, or a line you want moved. Send the list and we will tell you quickly whether we can place it.

Where it goes

Your products reach four marketplaces.

One purchase order, one relationship, and distribution across every channel your category supports.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

Do you buy inventory outright, or is this consignment?

We buy it. CoExpress purchases inventory at wholesale and carries it. You invoice us as a wholesale customer and get paid on agreed terms — there is no consignment arrangement and no revenue share.

Which marketplaces do you sell on?

Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and eBay. Which channels a given product goes to depends on the category, the margin structure, and any conditions agreed with the supplying brand.

Are you an agency that manages our marketplace accounts?

No. We are not a consultancy and we do not charge a management fee. We buy products and sell them on our own marketplace accounts, which means we carry the inventory risk and the operating work.

What are your minimums?

There is no fixed minimum. Opening orders are usually a small number of SKUs so both sides can see how the products perform before committing to depth. Reorders scale from there.

Can you respect our pricing or channel conditions?

Yes. If you have pricing conditions, channel restrictions, or listing requirements you want applied to your products, raise them when we discuss terms and they become part of the arrangement.

What categories do you work in?

General consumer products, with concentration in health, personal care, and everyday household categories. If you are unsure whether your line fits, send it over and we will give you a straight answer.

Do you develop your own products?

Yes. Alongside the brands we distribute, CoExpress develops and launches private-label products — from category research and manufacturer sourcing through packaging, listings, and marketplace distribution.

How do we start?
